The Indiana Federation of Republican Women Bylaws are the governing rules of the organization and define our objectives, responsibilities of officers and the board of directors, and guidelines for membership, nominations and elections, biennial conventions, and much more.
State federations and clubs are chartered under the auspices of the NFRW but operate under their own bylaws. Although independent, state and club bylaws must not conflict with the NFRW Bylaws.
